If u made a "greenhouse" Sealed with extract fan like one would do inside with a tent, you could do it. But then u have sound also wich only u can decide if someone would hear it or not.

Leave about 1/4 of soil above the seed loose soil. I would not pack the soil down, other than what the watering will do. Cant wait to see em grow, i also will be starting a log soon.

umm , mix ur nutes with ur water, then feed them in the soil, maybe 1 week with nutes then 1 week straight water, 1 week nutes, etc etc
