I Have a plant that is about a foot tall, and its bushy and pretty healthy, i new it was going to flower soon because its early september, i live in michigan and my grow is outside. My Question is, is it okay that my plant started flowering at such a young age, its a few months old, but isnt...

I Have a plant that in veg at the moment and its about 3 weeks old.. maybe 2.. and theres a white substance on the fan leaves, and if anyone knows what it is. and how to get rid of it then please tell me.. and to prevent bugs would i just use soap and water mix and spray the leaves, top and bottom?

White Substance on top of fan leaves, Plant is only a few weeks old and in vegatative stage, May Have bugs :/. Also, Bottom two first leaves are yellow and may fall off, is this normal?
