Yes I have heard from many experienced growers that MH light will increase potency at the expense of yield. The yellow light of HPS is great for adding weight but the blue spectrum of the MH is better for resin production. I don't see any points made in this thread that I would disagree with...

Yea the plant in pic 3 needs more food. Don't go crazy though trying to get rid of the yellow (N def) because it won't happen. Just a little bump up in feed and the yellow and brownish spots will stop spreading. Nothing wrong with pic 2 though if klyde doesn't mind me saying :)
