The bucket to veg already have the tent

No I am using that to veg from seedling I have a grow tent I will be putting hps in there no way in hell I'd grow in there

This is what I'm working with now till I put up the tent still gotta a week or do then ordering the hps and fan makes my closet look like there's a space ship leaving

I didnt even think about a 400w this is my first grow so I'm trying to get everything ready before hand the plants are begging in a 5 Gal bucket right

I have a small tent would a 1000w lamp be overkill or no and I'm also looking into a fan it's pretty cheap but it's 700 cfm I'm worried it will implode the tent any help would be great

I am using a soil called Just Right Xtra

The bottom of my seedling are turning brown and seem to by dying and the plants feel crispy I am watering enough do I don't know what it could be ps its my first grow
