how high above cuttings does a 600w light have to be?

hi everyone, im looking for advice again! im growing from cuttings and have 10L pots, do i need 2 start them in smaller pots? if so what size? thanks :D

hi guys, im a newbie and looking for some advice on a small indoor coco grow if any 1 could help me! i need 2 know the correct mixture for coco A + B and does it all go into same mix ? also i am growing from cuttings with 600w so am i ok to put them straight onto 18/6 ? thanks :D
