Flushing ASAP... I thought they needed nutes cause they were growing so slow. They took a week and half to sprout and out of the 8 planted only two came up. Is there such a thing as bad seeds?? Could the PH cause slow growth? Or maybe because they have been under 40w fluorescent lights...

This is my first grow and I’ve read a lot on this site, just want a second opinion. The seeds are from some good stuff from a local source but the strain is unknown. I started two of these plants but the first has already died with the exact same condition and I don’t want to lose...
