    so im sure this is a load of crap

    but i was smoking with this guy the other day, (a friend of a friend) and he told me in new york city, on april 20th, the cops apparently do this thing where they give away all the confiscated weed they took throughout the year, and let the people smoke it in the park. idk, anyone heard of this?
