I am on my first grow now and both of my babies have what looks like preflowers. I am only 2 weeks into veg though. Is this possible? Sorry for lack of pictures. My phone camera is 1.2 megapixels and I don't own another camera. :cry:

I am not too concerned yet but the fan leaves on one of the girls are cupping upwards almost like a skateboard halfpipe. Not too sure what it is. but again, not too concerned either. Just would like to take in as much info and feedback as possible. Specs: about 150 watts in CFLs at the moment...

First off your lighting is wayyy too weak. I read somewhere that there should be a minimum of 50-100 watts PER PLANT. but then again its really the Lumens that matter. Your question is how high do the nodes have to be before you change them over to flowering cycle? Im sorry but your wording is...

I am on my first grow as of now and #6 was my problem. I was soo damn eager to start the grow that i just planted the germed seeds and had two 14 watt cfls on two seedlings and one stretched out too far and is still (2 weeks in) bent and doesnt seem as if it will return. Ive learned that...

I would really like to know how that little ventilation system is working out. I have a small Rubbermaid set up very similar to yours and its getting way too hot right about now. I cannot afford to shell out a lot of money on fans and such at this moment but my little (hopefully girls) are dying...

Thank you for all the replies guys! The lights are about a good 2 inches above the plants. I am noticing that they are both growing new nodes quite well. As for the light issue... Im kind of broke right now (not even enough money for some pot :-( ) and I will pick up probably another 4 cfls...
