I just transferred my plant from soil to hydroponics dwc system and the plant is wilting now. I did it this morning, added the nutrients and corrected the ph to 6.0. My plant is about 3 weeks old since germ... Idk what else to do. This was my first transplant and I'm wondering if I did something...

My plants have been growing about three weeks since germination is it to early to switch to hydro? And if I did what is the best net pot to use?
