I have read on this great forum of knowledge that the plant doesnt go straight into flowering on 12/12. that even though your doin 12/12 from seed it still takes a week or 2 to enter flowering. so maybe us the vegging light for a week or 2 then switch into flowering(on 12/12 the whole time)...
