Now man - it shows Iron on new shoots and necrosis on lower leaves. Everything here points to pH imbalance and too dense soil. Let the soil dry. Try making small holes in it so the roots can breathe. Wait some days. Leave the plant at peace and after she stabilizes restart with appropriate pH.

Overwatering is probably also an issue , not enough air to the roots , to dense medium. I'm pretty much disturbed by the red petioles and the new plants also getting sick - that's why I pointed to pH.Also - pH causes most of the locks in nutrients absorbtion. Apparently , now I need to say this...

I wouldn't suggest that. Let the plant decide whether she wants to get rid of the leaf or not. There's still a bunch of nutrients and chlorophyll there.
