Really dense buds is overrated, imo. Its just an aesthetic. Bag appeal is only important if you're hustling. Some of the best stuff ive ever smoked was super leafy fluffy outdoor, lemon skunk. For personal use, I could care less about how it looks. These days I dont even trim sugar leaves. LOL...

Sounds good. You can also store pollen in a container for about 3-4 weeks without any issues. That gives you some wiggle room, just in case the timing is off.

Are you doing the pollinating in a different space? If so, flip both male and female at the same time. I dont know what your set up is like. There are many ways to approach this.

That looks like a reversed female. Im pretty sure natural males dont produce any trichomes.

I would toss the sketchy looking buds. Wouldn't hurt to have a small dehumidifier in your grow room. Thats the best way to prevent bud rot.
