    *BUDS thx. for the advice. I heeded your expertise and did what you said. I kept the 600w and did not go over to CFL's. Lowered the light an inch, it is now at 50% on ballast and 2ft from plants and they stood straight up like a.......... well you get the point :-) I am lowering an inch a day...

    Im using a insulator piece with reflective foil that I bought from Home Depot for 8 dollars per sheet. If it makes them grow better I will personally stand there and sing for em :-) Doign the AK47 strain from Canada.
