there is about 8 different spots like that . I see the female hairs all over place. so do I rip the sacks off or kill the whole plant ?

This is my first grow. I have done a lot of reading on here and things have turned out good so far but now one of my girls is different from the rest . I'm not sure of what is going on any help would be much appreciated
