it is not economical to fit a single 125w lamp. If you want to go with cfls you are way better off with pll/t5 (the straight tube types), you can make such a fixture taking much less (vertical) space than a single 125w, even with a reflector. Plus, 125w lamps are those big fat ones with tubes...
