What should i look for when buying the light, is it the watt? or lumen? some lights have low watt and high lumen and some lights doesn't have lumen but has high watt. so im confused which light should i choose?

Hi i got a 105w cfl (6500 k) light to grow one weed plant (6 days old) .. is that good ? can i leave the light 24/7 on the plant? the leaves are getting yellow .. is that because overwatering them? last question, can i use bottled water to water it? because it says ph is 7.0 thanks
