She's at 3 weeks now.When is she no longer a seedling? Has veg already started? Should I go to 18/6 now or wait another week?

Its coco/perlite mix.It just has layer of hydoton on top to help keep the top from drying out. and thx ! hopefully I won't mess her up.

and I'll also be adding a Barneys Pineapple express Auto. it had germination issues not sure if its going to make it.

1st grow. its going to be a tent(20x30x60) in a closet. Power Kush by Dinafem 3/19 will begin week 2 from seed. 5 Gal bucket. Seed was a freebie just put the seed straight to the medium, which is a coco /perlite 60/40 (maybe)that i got from my local grow store. On a side note they were nice...
