What lights would you recommend CFL wise? 5000k 60w? 2 or 3 of them, for veg? and what 1s for flower?

I've got two seedlings that just sprouted today also, would it hurt them to keep them under the light for 24 hours 2? They're in little shits like you buy tomatoes from the store from. Umm, it's just a simple mid tower pc case w/ a 20w cfl bulb w/ mylar all around it & intake & exhaust fan lol
