how big is your box? you should be fine with anythin up to decent size cabgrow with that much output, will keep the cab negativley pressurised to witch is great for airmovement!

yeah its possible to wire them all to one plug, but the power will be shared by the 3 leds so light will be dimmer but im sure this wont be a mega amount and ull still be satisfid.

put them in a glass of water :) i think this is probs the best way as iv not had much sucess with the paper towel method but the glass of water method worked perfectly and all seeds cracked within 24 hours
