Looks like over watering or heat stress to me. Whens the last time you watered and whats the temp looking like? Also are the leaves brown and crispy can't really tell, and are you spraying the leaves with the lights on?

Yea, it looks like they could use some N, N is a mobile nutrient so when deficient symptoms will start at the bottom of the plant and progress up

I would suggest a counter tie at the base of the plant so she doesn't pulled out of the soil during her training. Not sure if completely necessary but I like to do this with my girls
