Just put them under fluorescents for now and moved the shelf down for when they start growing it won't be to close thanks for the help I'll see how this goes

Just built together grow box I have a Hps 600watt with all painted white flat killz and a 4 inch ventech ventilation

So I planted this seed about a week ago it sprouted in about 3 days and is now stuck like this should I get tweezers and try to remove the seed shell or leave it be thank guys!
