My bad, I didn't know you were referring to that one. To be honest, I included that because that's what the father wants to do with his 10% split. I don't know if he will take the cash from us and use the money is his bank accounts to pay for it, we haven't gotten that far.

He pays the bills, regardless of how much, it's a 90/10% split, with the father getting 10%. He already has a hydroponics for his side of the farm for avocado plants, and he would pay for us to get one setup as well as long as we plan to stick with the process of growing

Farm is paid for by friends dad who already owns it, and I understand we will still have to pay electricity with the solar panels

And I can agree with the workforce of trimming and such being placed on just the 7 of us
