The General Organics is as follows: BioThrive Grow 4-3-3, BioRoot 1-1-1 and CalMag+ for veg and BioThrive Bloom 2-4-4, BioBud 0.5-0.1-1, CalMag+ for flower. I am not sure about the Humboldt stuff yet, still haven't run out of the current stuff
