Do you think I can get the same results with the t5’s?

I have 2 quantum T5 16 buld light setup in a 6.5x6.5 tent. Running 5 gallon buckets hydro. Tent has 5 plants. How can I get dense buds using this setup or is my only option going to 600watt HPS?
