Spider Mites Still Alive After Neem/Soap spray.

My plant is way too big to dip as it’s in a 25 gallon pot. I wonder if DE sprays well in an atomizer? Flows is about to start so I want to make sure there is no bugs at all. I don’t see any but there is always one hiding somewhere outside.

I wonder how well that would spray out of the Hudson Atomizer. I’ve not tried powders before.

Spider Mites Still Alive After Neem/Soap spray.

I got it on Amazon and had it shipped to my brothers house in Bellingham and he brought it to me when he came to visit. I thought Spinosad was banned here for Commercial cannabis grows only. I’ve always grown indoors and luckily have never had bugs so this outdoors growing has been a challenge...

Spider Mites Still Alive After Neem/Soap spray.

Finally killed the spider mites with Southern AG Conserve with Spinosad. I gave them the Spinosad Shlong balls deep which did the trick. Gonna have to watch in a few days to make sure no eggs bring a next generation.

    Bud Backbuilding by Mistake

I’m pretty sure instead of just cutting the top flush I also cut it on both sides a little bit on each side where the extra side buds grew. I’m going to try it again on my next grow. My current grow is a high CBD grow low THC and actually labeled a hemp strain so it’s not going to have the...

    Bud Backbuilding by Mistake

Nope, one picture is of a standard size (non-trimmed) flower as seen throughout the grow and the other is the line one that was cut. The pictures were taken at the same time and was shown for comparison only. I didn’t do before and after as I wasn’t expecting this as I’ve never tried back...

    Bud Backbuilding by Mistake

I have noticed that it’s not normally what results from others doing this. The only thing I can think of is I had to trim the top and a bit on each side at a slight angle due to a rookie mistake with the light too close. It probably is a fluke but I figured it’s worth sharing.

    Bud Backbuilding by Mistake

Exactly, the top was trimmed earlier in flower and this was the final result. I wasn’t expecting this as I’ve not used the method before so I didn’t take before and after pictures.

    Bud Backbuilding by Mistake

So I’ve never tried Backbuilding so I thought I would give it a try, lol accidentally. Something about cutting the tops of buds makes my eyes bulge. Well, I burned the top of one bud that stretched a bit high, so I trimmed the top of the bud off ( Backbuilding) and no shit it turned into 3...

Spider Mites Still Alive After Neem/Soap spray.

I was wondering if I was going to have to do this a few times. All the adults appear to be dead and gone. Guess I’ll be spraying again in a couple days. Normally I do it once a week as preventative. The Neem oil I sprayed earlier in the week with Dr Bronners didn’t do anything for the spider...

Spider Mites Still Alive After Neem/Soap spray.

Thanks for the info. Does this kill the spider mite eggs? Seems the Consern organic soap insecticide I posted above wiped out the mites but I still see the eggs on the leafs under the scope, whether they are alive or dead is the question. I noticed things like Mammoth Cannacontrol and the...

Crap, it says it doesn’t take care of the eggs. Maybe the Dr Bronners Peppermint soap I added with it does. Outdoor is a battle.

Spider Mites Still Alive After Neem/Soap spray.

Well last night I sprayed Concern Insecticidal Soap mixed with some Dr Bronners Peopermint soap and looking through the leafs with a microscope all I see is dead spider mites everywhere. I do see eggs so hope the soap kills them too. I had this Consern insecticide soap for a while and never...
