I dont actually use it has a heater. I use it to bring fresh air into the grow area. I do have a separate heater that I keep in the room on a timer. So when the lights are off it will hold a steady temp. The temp are 78-80 during lighting and 70-72 at night with lihhts off.

They are planted in just organic miracle grow. I water the 4.5 gallon plant abt 1/2 gallon or until abt 20% of the water drains out the bottom of pot. I'm using distilled water now, but up until a week ago I was using ph corrected tap water that sat out for a couple days. Water schedule is...

Your right a jewelers loop would be helpful. From what I've read before it sounds like they come in handy pretty during the whole grow process. I'll be sure to get one tomorrow.
