Thanks guys, I live in PNW stays pretty cool out here around mid 70s in summer months. Basement should be 10 degrees cooler. I really don't want to install a mini split. But it seems like I don't have an option.

Man that's my biggest concern. My height is at 6"2 I gotta dig about 16' to make height for pallet . I might just lay down 2x4s n sheet it with plywood..
