No idea what that is, but if it's Cannabis it's the weirdest mutant I've ever seen. Looks like you may have been screwed on your seeds, or your seeds didn't pop and your soil had weed (not the smoking kind) seeds in it and you have been growing a weed.

Group A looks bigger/older, I would expect group B to look similar in a few days. Looks like no nutrients/soil PH issue to me.

My guess is that it was damaged when it was developing. You, bugs, wind, ... who knows, but it's nothing to worry about.
