Midweeksong.com & Herbies.com those are very reliable sites and very discreet with the name that appears on your card statements...I wouldn't really recommend using cash (My Opinion) There are other well respected user's in this forum that has had success by the looks of it but I believe a card...

I agree although I am a new member to this site I can see that their over watered...In my personal mistakes I believe that it's a antsy thing going on meaning a continuous need to make sure the plants are hydrated when they haven't drink what's already there.

My personal experiences are with Midweeksong.com and Herbies.com both companies are fair priced with great Freebies as well. I've had my orders with in 2 weeks each time with M.W.S and 7 days exactly with Herbies.com But yeah good luck on your search.
