yeap. i didnt see a single root coming out of the soil

this is my current situation right now. can they still get up? it has been a week without additives and finally this week i gave them [molasses, milk] (for soil) [urea and alfalfa meal] (foliar spray) please tell me what to do. i really need your help

and one more thing, i first transplanted them to a bigger container when the roots have not covered the root ball yet. wrong move huh?

but if it's overwatered, the stems dont look purple-ish and the leaves are all dried up. as much as i didnt want to overwatered them, i watered them less than i should. besides that, i made a foliar spray of urea and do you think it will bring the plants back up since they have nitrogen...

so what can i do to make the situation better? /:

i cant find other soil besides black gold. i used black gold potting soil for germination but it works just fine. i changed to orchid mix because the potting soil has slow-released fertilizer. but im not sure whether it's underwater or transplant shock because i didnt water the plants until it...
