whats a good way to fix it?

I am wondering a few things, mainly do outdoor plants need 12/12 light to flower? they would start to flower next month if this is the case. that may be to late. Also how am I able to tell when they are about to flower/week one of flower? I have attached a photo of what I think could be...

So i am doing an outdoor grow. The strain i am growing is grape god and i am using botanicare pure blend pro (Foliage) Its 3-2-4. On 2 of my plants there are single completely yellow leaves at the bottom. I feed them nutes regularly and ph is in balance last time i checked. Is this yellowing...
