I see a lot of those CXB3590's running at 50w a COB. I have not seen one at 90w before. Vero29 gen7's I see a lot of premade lights shipping them at 100w a cob. I ran CXB3070's at 50w each for the longest time and loved them. I would love to check the 3590's if I got the chance.

Depends on how long you plan to keep them. From seedling to mature keep upping the pot size as they out grow it, like a growing kid and new pants. Less stressed plants typically grow faster. Transplanting is stressful, so don't top and transplant at the same time to reduce risk of shock.

Flat white is great. It's cheap and easy to clean or put on a fresh coat. I've also used Orca/poly film and it's more reflective by just a few % and it's expensive and isn't very durable. I don't like mylar at all, once it gets crinkled it's reflective qualities are diminished and it gets...
