I was giving 300 ml twice a day but since today i watered the entire pot and will wait 4-5 days thanks for the advice !!

No i dont have any run off and i was watering only the middle of the pot since it is and auto i planted it directly in the 5 gallon pot . I water them 2 times per day.so you suggest i water all the pot instead of only the middle ?

I gave them about 300ml of water each

Here's a quick update 2 days after i have raised my light to 24" . The leaf are curling a lot anybody now why ? Every comments is appreciated.
