Oh, here we are. Once heated, I then took the wrapped pre-hash to the kitchen and rolled it out with a jar of hot water. I then took an ice pack from the freezer, (best place to keep one lol) and, used that to release the hash from the plastic. This works great for sticky extracts as well...
