swim thinks it may just be mold because swims soil isn't drying out enough, but to be safe, swim wanted to ask. It looks like there's white dust sprinkled in patches over the soil. The tips of the leaves are yellowing and turning brown, and there are tiny little yellow patches in the leaves...
