I did. Took 83 days from the day my card was charged to today, when my card arrived.

I applied thru The Healing Center, and everything was done there, and IDPH received March 27. Didn't hear anything until I called on June 7. 83 days from March 27 till today, when I received my card. Good luck. The waiting stinks, but was expected. They told me at the beginning it was a 90...

Called this morning and I've been approved and my card is in the mail. Very excited now.
