It came!!! I had my appts before I decided to apply so here’s my time line again :) 5/14- fingerprints and paperwork at IEC 5/18- received an email saying that it was received. Called 7/30 and hadn’t gotten to it yet. 8/3- called and was approved. 8/13- card in hand Total of 85 days! Good...

Congrats! Fingers crossed I’m now at day 85.

No card today... sucks knowing you’ve been approved and just waiting on the card in the mail. Since my address is not eligible for informed delivery I’m like a drug addict at the mail box waiting to score lol no but really this wait is the worst.

Call back Friday! I was the 18th and I called last Wednesday and they hadn’t gotten to me. Called Friday and was approved! Now just waiting for my card! Didn’t come today so fingers crossed for tomorrow!

I didn’t receive an email when I was approved. I happened to call the day I was approved and they told me. I’m not sure how some people get emails

Thanks! Yeah this was the first time I actually got through when I called. The guy wouldn’t really give me information other than they haven’t made it to mine yet. Maybe I’ll call again Friday and see if someone else will give me more info

My app was received by the state May 18th. Called today and they said they were not at my application yet... longest 90 days ever! I had my med card in California and got it in less than an hour via Skype. It’s ridiculous how long it takes to get approved here.

Hey all! Went in to IEC May 8th Application and receipt May 18th Emailed IDPH and got generic email about processing time. Can’t wait to get my card.. any fibromyalgia sufferers getting their card?
