This is my time line 5/10 doctors appointment 5/17 submitted online paid for 7/31 issued 8/8 card in hand Went to the dispo the same day! Didn't contact anyone through out the process its just a waiting game.

I also used Dr. Footerman and was charged on the 12th hopefully we get our cards soon.
