1 gram per plant...seriously!

I'm looking for some info on growing super micro plants. Either from seed or small clones.

Possible to plant 1 plant per square INCH and still make it to harvest? 3-5 inches tall total? Individual deep micro pots...soil(1"x1"x6") t5's super close, minimal stretch...you get the idea.

I realize plant count would be ridiculous, but I'm just wondering if this is even possible. Imagining a carpet of buds.

Yes it is possible, just root out small clones and put them in bloom. Why though?

I did 60 in a 2'x6' closet once. That was awesome!! The problem is the plants wont flower untill they reach a certin age. I started seeds on 12/12 right off. it took a while to show pistils. but the end result was 10"-12" mini forest. It looked so cool. got an average of 10g per plant using 3 250w HPS. So, what you are talking about is even more wild! A Lego Forest!! Cool shit. A friend accidently did that this year outdoors. They where the smallest flowering plants I have ever seen. not one more than 3" tall. It can be done, but the results will be less than stellar. Good luck!
