1 seed 2 sprouts???

I have recently started my first grow. Germinated 6 seeds bought from Barneys. I germ'd 3 pineapple chunk and two of them sprouted 2 shoots! I know for a fact that I only planted 1 seed per pot because thats all I had! I dont know if I should leave them both cut one shoot off of each? Is this something I did? I used the paper towel in a dark sealed container method for germinating and had great results. Is it a genetics thing as this is a strain specificaly by barneys?(CheesexPineapplexskunk) if im not mistaken. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? again this is my first grow and to have this happen is hopefully not a sign of bad things to come, I hope its a good thing!!! Really need help on what to do with them.

This sounds like one of two things.

1) your medium has organic components and one of the sprouts is something other than cannabis. Tomatoe seeds often sprout in organic mediums, and look remarkably similar to cannabis in seedling stage. (in this scenario the two sprouts are separate, coming out of two different points in the pot)

2) a genetic Enomoly. (in this scenario, both sprouts are coming out of the same spot, and is clearly one plant. This I've never hear of...)I haven't heard of seedlings sprouting two stalks before. But I have seen some weird ass genetic traits before.

My suggestion is growing it out! If it really is a double sprouted cannabis seedling, then it's basically twins! Lol make sure you top it a few times. Start early. Show me some pics so I can see what's up!
