10 x 10 w/ Generators

anyone have any advice for a 10x10 setup using generators to use/curb power use?

you can get propane generators that run a little quieter and are a lot easier to get fuel for. you can have the 75 gallon tanks delivered to your house. just depends on how many watts you are trying to run. using diesel generators is a pain for a space that small. they all have small fuel tanks at that size and you constantly have to keep filling them up.

I use a harbor frieght generator, get the warrenty plan and keep exchanging them because u use the hell out of them.

10 x 10 ? why a generator. thats like 4-6k that's not enough to raise an eyebrow.

i use generac propane/natural gas ones. whatever you do stay away from any portable diesel generators. usually they are only fitted with small gas tanks and a 15-30amp circuit board. you need something that you can hardwire yourself to a sub panel if you are running multiple lights.
