1000 watt MH?

I have two 1000 watt metal halides, and a 12x12 room well ventilated. My question is i know they are good to veg with but if they are the only lights i have can i bud with them. What will it do? Im just tryin to avoid buying two HPS.

metal halides are used for veg only. If u have a covertible ballast, u will only have to buy the HPS bulbs when flowering time comes

U can only use HPS lights for both the veg and flowering stages

...you can bud off of a MH! ...without a doubt, if anyone tries to argue the fact, they are ignorant.
Furthermore, you can go the whole grow with one light, any HID will do the job...FOR THE WHOLE GROW!
However, HPS give waaaaay more lumens then MH of the same wattage.

...hell, you can bud with floresants, so....
