100k a year is easy if you are willing to take risks, invest in yourself and work hard.
It all falls into place from there.

what are you invested in? please share. I'm here to learn from the "successful" like you and in this case, I AM measuring success by numbers. Yours sound impressive

This is very much a factor. Making 250k and living in Seattle is about like making 150k and living in some podunk farming community. Buddy just bought a home at near 600k, and similar homes in my area go for about 300-350k.

His numbers may near double mine, but our lifestyles are very similar.

$100k ISN'T a lot of money, ok, I partially agree, IF you'd like to look at it through a single dimension. But as stated, it's relative to location as it pertains to cost of living (I know this, I've been around the block. 25 states in the past 2 years. Put YOUR ruler away kid, cuz this ISN'T a contest).

But for the record, I'd place on the large end of any penis size regardless of race. Maybe that's why I attract black girls, but I'm leaning more toward my assertive alpha mentality that does the trick. Anyway. compared to the national median income per home owners (just above 40k) it is a LOT of money. Consider my last experience making 100k pre-tax on a surface rig in ND, then 120k post-tax on a directional rig. Food & fuel for my little 4 cylinder 03 hyundai elantra were my SOLE expenses and that's IT

To a 26 year old with no kids or spouse...hell, to anybody, that equates to stacking a lot dough

Far from feeling rich...my bills went up as the checks did...I'm comfortable and happy with my life...suppose that's anybody's goal
 
Too bad you have to live in North Dakota, whats the temp out there today? 20F? Is there even anyplace to spend your money? I went through there once years ago and it was nothing for 6 hours, literally NOTHING there.

back home. i had my 5 acres that i bought last spring excavated with a gravel driveway installed


totally ready for another all intensive sacrificial oil field GRIND again though. This time I'm thinking I want to work in PA
