Plants are not like boiling eggs where 3 Minutes give u the perfect result with the yolk still runny and the egg white nice and firm 
- 75 days does not mean that on that day you can go in and harvest....
Did u count from germinating or from vegging?

I've found the descriptions off... especially the "ready 8 weeks from seed". I'm still running an auto that I started in early march, still has 2 weeks left... just wait till she is ready... it is difficult!
