12/12 party cup bomb ass weed

So this is my first grow/journal. The seeds came from a buddy of mine who had some pretty good weed. Where I live any weed is good weed.

So here is the write up.

12/12 from sprout
I planted them in party cups with coco soil (well I think from the translation)
I have 6 23w CFLs
Water PH is about 6.5

I am still trying to figure out some good nuts to get locally.

Here are some pics. I am kinda worried about the yellow leaves. Any help would be appreciated.

So is that the problem with the yellow leaves. Just not enough light? I am tempted to move the lights close together and over one cup. SO 3 lights directly over one cup.
