12 Plants in a Grow Lab -Whats the Best Set Up?

For a California 2 card family that can have 12 plants. What's a good set up for a Grow Lab tent?

Which Model/ size?

Fans/Filters?

Hydro system?

Or Make my own hydro system?

LED UF090? (Cool lighting ) Is that enough?

What else?

Any thoughts tips or suggestions appreciated.
