my plants have been outside but are still vegging is it ok to put them inside under lights at night then out in the sun during tha day? thanks

yes. they would just continue vegging.like being on 24/0 schedule.

yea and if you want to flower them put them in a dark place 2 hours before sunset.

kiss-assi have the same q just a little different...i live in colorado where the weather is always changing...i do grow inside but i would love to start outside this summer...i have a cab (bin) where i grow my stuff inside my house...is about 36inches long and 26 inches wide and about 18-20 inches tall...my seeds barly sprouted today...and for heat im using a a 2bulb 40watt cool fluroscent light bulbs...i was wondering if i should only heat with my light in the dark hours (7pm-7:30am) and let mother earth take care of the daylight hours (7:30am-7pm) being that it gets about 78 degrees in that box by itself w/o lighting in the day....at night w/o lights it could drop to about 55-60 degrees....any tips please help me...i dont want to kill my seedlings...i would thread but i dont know how to do it...
