13 Watt CFL NEWBIE?

First off, Im a newbie and my marijuana plant is just a small baby(About 5 days). Im grow Snow Ryder, by Shortstuff seeds. Now, I need help. I dont have much space to grow because Im moving houses, and Im growing a short plant. The problem is I can use a 13 watt florscent, cause I can't use my 9 watt one. If I had refeltctive panels on the side (alluminum foil), would that be enough? Remember I'm a newbie. Nd one more thing, if you could recommend the minimun wattage of a CFL lighting, please tell me! Im on a budget!

you could buy a pack of 4 24watt cfls for 10$ and two sockets and two socket doublers for another 10$ for a total of 20$ from home depot .

13 watts would not do anything

get the largest cfl you can afford and hang it about 2" above plant. The more of them the better.

Good idea, I was kind of there today and in a hurry but I'll do that for sure. Any more suggestions I'll take them!

home depot has 12 packs of 23 watt cfls for $26 they are 2700k and for your auto's will work good

y splitters are your best friend.
