Hello all, I am trying my first grow. Having that said, I have planted 2 Afghan Kush seeds (feminized) into a coco coir medium. Germination went fine, seedlings popped from medium about 2 days after they were planted. I have straight coco coir organic, no perlite or any of that. These seedlings are 14 days old, I have been watering by spray bottle. I noticed that the soil deeper down wasn't getting enough water so I started watering the plant as I was instructed too ( Water until you see about 20% drain off). I have done that twice now within the past week. For lighting, I am using 2 6000k CFLs directly on the plant, an I have a few other cfls not facing the plant for temperature matters. Temp- 78-80 degrees, Humidity- 45-65, ph 6.3-6.8. I have the FoxFarm nutes however I have read a lot not to use nutes until a few set of leaves. I am just using distilled water ATM.. If anyone has any suggestions or comments etc please let me know. I want this to be a healthy grow :) and as seeing others posting pictures of 2 week old seedlings I am quite concerned.

seedlings dont need much water, they look over watered to me,let them dry out a bit,and dont spray them, just let them do there thing and they will do just fine, and make sure u have enough air moving around in there to help, and fresh being pumped in or pulled in for that matter, good luck

you need to let soil dry before watering again....way to wet for those seedlings in that size container...its better to use smaller containers for the beginning stage... than transplant once they start to grow.

over-watering is when you water when soil is still wet, and you water again!

need to let soil dry out for awhile now before giving water again.

I appreciate the quick feedback guys. I will wait a few days until it dries out then I will water. I will post an update in a week, thanks again!
