15 plants under 1000w

If I'm doing 15 plants under 1000w hps in an area of 25 square feet 5x5 will that be enuff light if I grow between 2-3 feet tall?

yes. i run 2 1000watts roughly 26 plants in an 8x8. you'll be fine, but make sure you've got that light cooled so get it as close to those plants as you can

K thanks... How would you suggest I cool the room? just with a few fans and fresh room temp are coming in? would that be ok?

Usually you would get a reflector that is air coolable. Then, hook up your ducting to the reflector and run an inline fan through the ducting and exhaust it out of the room. You would definately need to go this route in a 5x5 room. Good luck buddy.
